Hanoi: Vietnam has suspended using Quinvaxem vaccine until the World Health Organization (WHO) gives a report, after the deaths of nine children who received the vaccine since November 2012, reported state media.

These deaths, along with many illnesses and disease caused by vaccines, is just the very tip of the iceberg.

Quinvaxem is a preventative vaccine against diptheria, tetanus, pertussis or whopping cough, hepatitis B and H and influenza type B.
